ANF foils bid to smuggle15kg heroin

HEROIN SMUGGLING

ISLAMABAD - The Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) foiled a bid to smuggle large quantity of heroin to Greece via Abu Dhabi and arrested the accused.
According to details, the ANF officials during search of baggage of a passenger who was leaving for Greece via Abu Dhabi at Benazir Bhutto Airport Islamabad on Tuesday, recovered 11kg brown and 4kg white heroin.
The Airport Security Force arrested the accused identified as Zulfiqar hailing from Sargodha district and took the recovered drug in to custody.
It is worth mentioning that the recovered heroin is worth millions of rupees in international market.
