Pakhtun meeting will spread harmony: Altaf

KARACHI - The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain said that the party’s public gathering at Jinnah Ground tomorrow will spread message of love and harmony among all ethnicities.
Altaf appealed the party workers and lovers of the country to make the gathering a successful one.
Earlier on Thursday the MQM announced holding a rally of Pakhtun people in the city on Sunday (today).
MQM’s Coordination Committee leader, Gulfaraz Khatak, while addressing a news conference in party headquarter, Nine Zero, said the mass meeting would be held on Sunday at Jinnah Ground, Azizabad in Karachi. He urged Pakhtun people to support MQM chief for a ‘positive’ political change in this country, claiming that the party represents middleclass.
“Only Quaid-e-Tehrik Altaf Hussain can bring a real change. The rally will prove that Pashtuns and people of all languages stand shoulder to shoulder with MQM,” he affirmed.
