High All decisions by Gilani after April 26 challenged in SC
ISLAMABAD - A petition seeking cancellation of all decisions made by former prime minister Yousaf Raza Gilani after his disqualification effective from April 26, 2012, has been filed in the Supreme Court of Pakistan. The petition also sought the cancellation of Gilani’s diplomatic passport, and inclusion of his name in the Exit Control List. According to media reports, the petitioner argued that the federal budget for the financial year 2012-13 was also unlawful. In addition, the petitioner sought the cancellation of all ordinances passed on Gilani’s advice after April 26. This petition has been filed in the backdrop of a short order issued by the Supreme Court on June 19, according to which the seat of the Prime Minister of Pakistan had been vacant since April 26.

What is the reason for including Gilani's name on the exit control list. Some petitioners are wasting the court's time
Gillani's daughter and wife would have to work hard now to support gillani's lavish lifestyle. There is a place in Lahore where they can make a lot of money
Or they could support us and hang Gilani.
No Gilani, no need for expensive suits etc, People of Pakistan happy.
But they can also contact you becoz pro-martial law people like you supply their sisters, daughters, and mothers to generals in Lahore. That s y u oppose democracy becoz generals hv rocky p for ur sisters daughters and mothers. As regards ur wives, they r permanently entangled with core commanders.
This is an excellent effort by whoever raised the petition.
Gilani, his wife & sons should be brought to justice.
Infact all decisions because SC has recognized the elections were bogus 35m out of 80m voters were fake.
