Lawyers rally in favour of SC

LAWYERS PROTEST

KARACHI - The lawyers boycotted judicial proceedings countrywide to express solidarity with the higher judiciary in the wake of press conference headlined by real estate magnate Malik Riaz.
It should be mentioned here that the real estate tycoon, in his press conference, subjected the higher judiciary to severe criticism after leveling allegations against Arsalan, son of Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammed Chaudhry.
The judicial proceedings came to a standstill in various cities including Karachi and Quetta, where lawyers did not appear before the judges in any court.
The lawyers pledged that every conspiracy against the apex court will be frustrated.
The lawyers in Quetta also hoisted black flags on courts bespeaking the zero activity at the courts.
The courts in Karachi also had to postpone their hearings thanks to lawyers boycott.

Pakistani nation is being fooled by CJ actually who falsely claims he is honest. Just think over this: CJ has saved his corrupt son by cleverly passing the buck to govt. Govt agencies investigate corruption of individuals in govt funds, and not between two private persons. Now, I will grip anybody by neck if he insisted CJ is honest. There is noone more corrupt than him, who regrettfully wasted a chance to become hero by announcing a small punishment for his son.

    .
Did these lawyers ever go to a law school?
Or, are they able to represent a civil or democratic society?
Or, do they have their pledge to the legal system?
    .

  3. Rizwan says:

Most lawyers are thieves and thugs

  4. Rizwan says:

Most lawyers are brokers for judges.
