Facebook announces ‘Insh’Allah’ button

facebookuaesmall1

Facebook announces the addition of an 'Insh'Allah' button on its website for the Arab users. This announcement followed the opening of Facebook's regional office in Dubai. The 'Insh'Allah' button will be an additional option for the users when replying to event invitations, along with the usual 'join', 'decline' and 'maybe'.
Facebook Arabia’s Regional Solutions Manager Majid Johnson said this change was one of several upcoming ones that were intended to tailor the social networking site specifically for the Arab market. Another feature that will be introduced this November is the 'Facebook Platinum' which will be an exclusive version of the social networking site. 'Facebook Platinum' will have a significant signing on fee but will offer several services and exclusivity.
These changes were decided upon through the extensive use of regional focus groups by Facebook.
