Plea against appointments in IHC dismissed as withdrawn

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday dismissed the petition as withdrawn seeking termination of all employees appointed in the court without advertisement and in violation of IHC Service Rules 2011.
Single member bench comprising Justice Shoukat Aziz Siddiqui conducted the proceedings of plea filed by Waqas Malik Advocate. During the course of hearing, Petitioner Malik waqas apprised the bench that appointments in IHC were made without proper advertisement and amongst the kith and kins of higher judiciary. Justice Shoukat Aziz siddiqui remarked that neither the notifications and documents of the appointees attached in the petition nor affectees were made party. On it, the petitioner requested the court for withdrawn of plea.
