SHC accepts protective bail plea of Jam Yousaf

KARACHI - The Sindh High Court (SHC) Monday accepted protective bail plea of former Chief Minister Jam Muhammad Yousaf in Akbar Bugti murder case with surety bond of 0.5 million rupees.
M Ilyas Khan on behalf of Jam Mohammad Yousaf had filed petition in the SHC that the former CM Balochistan fears that if he returns to the country he would be arrested in Akbar Bugti murder case. The petition stated that Jam Muhammad Yousaf will face all the cases registered against him on his return and his request for protective bail is accepted. The SHC then accepted bail plea and directed the police to provide Jam Muhammad Yousaf full security upon his return to Pakistan.
