I love the writer's tongue-in-cheek statements:
‘incomprehensible for the rest, who seemed to ride on a wave of unrealistic expectations and perception only to wake up post-May 11 with a bad case of hangover that often follows such a high.’
‘MQM would probably have lost more seats too, if their voters didn’t have the remarkable capability of casting four votes per second for their candidates.’
‘can we please have someone new as the provincial law/home minister? We really don’t trust the previous one. Oh, and a proper health minister would be much appreciated as well. ‘ - Brilliant!
I have always admired Haider Azhar ever since I first saw him debate at GC for Aitchison. Was wondering what he was doing now and am glad to see he is writing for Pakistan Today. Hope he tries his hand at humorous pieces as well. I remember him as one of the best humorous speakers that I had ever seen. Keep it up :)
Whatttt???? Malala and Global Leadership Award???? The whole drama was scripted by her dad. She was attacked by her brother and a cousin. Internal Media put extra weight in her support due to his dad’s ties with western journalists. For us, Pakistanis, every single child is important and every single person’s life is previous.
CJP can do nothing but issuing contempt notices. Big Sh*t. Judiciary has incouraged criminals and we have not seen a single capital punishment in last 5 years though 70 thousand people have been killed.
Raj should be hanged with all other corrupt leaders of PPP and others.
Long Live pakistan
