Newly appointed Pakistan Post DG assumes charge

ISLAMABAD - The newly appointed Director General Pakistan Post Syed Ghulam Panjtan Rizvi has officially assumed the charge of his office.
In an introductory meeting with staffers of Pakistan post, he emphasized the employees that a bit improvement and devotion to duties can bring the Postal Department in perfect competitive balance with the private courier companies, said a press release issued here on Saturday.
He said that Pakistan Post has been performing duties for decades for social uplift and mass welfare. Syed Ghulam Panjtan Rizvi said that Pakistan Post has vast network from urban to rural localities of the country without any discrimination. He said that Postal Department has kept its tradition of improved services alive through thick and thin. A farewell ceremony was also arranged in recognition of services rendered by Secretary Postal Services Raja Ikram-ul-Haq, who had been looking after the work on the post of Director General.

    Hope God will give us President of Pakistan as the same like Ghulaam-e-Panjtan Rizvi Honest with his religion, country, duty, faith and help full for those who are help less.
