Looking at the comments coming in and thinking our nation is so into their own agenda's that they can use any words against anyone, if their agenda is not fulfilled. CJ has done many many good things for this same nation but now everyone is calling him names for not taking up this pitty issue at hand. I think we have forgotten one thing here that we are talking about Supreme Court here and not a Court at the corner of the road. What SC has started should be taken up by other smaller courts and continue with it.For some reaons eveveryone thinks now that for any issue they can go directly to SC. Get some life people.

In a civilized world, it would be the job of the state to assess charges against a person based on evidence and then decide if any charges should be brought against the person. In Pakistan's kangaroo court the judges add charges against the accused so THEY can decide the fate of the person. In a case like this, can anybody in their right mind think that the judges would be impartial in a case where judges are ordering to add charges?
