62% say SC not overstepping mandate: poll

ISLAMABAD - According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup Pakistan 62% say the Supreme Court is not overstepping its mandate. A sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked that some people think that Supreme Court is taking action by over stepping its mandate and it should not do so.
In their opinion, were the Supreme Court taking actions within their mandate or was it overstepping its mandate? 62% respondents said they believe that the Supreme Court is taking actions within its mandate whereas 14% believe that Supreme Court is over stepping its mandate and 24% did not give a view. The view that the Supreme Court is working within its mandate has risen by 5% points during the last two years.

  2. the ruling party with its alliances will never obey the verdicts of SC.as they came into power by undemocratic manners.to offer the posts of ministries to the unknown and unpopular figures for forming the government.What they have given the nation nothing,but they havr accomulated big big wealth of the poor nation into their personal pockets.
