LAHORE - The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday sought reply from Senator Babar Awan on a plea the PPP leader had committed contempt of court.
A citizen, Afaq Ahmed, accused Babar of contempt of court in a press conference after the Supreme Court verdict. The senator also tried to link the apex court with a political party, the plea said.
The LHC asked Babar to submit the reply on the next hearing which is fixed on 20th December.
