The onus of recording correct names and addresses of the victims would be on the hospitals, the meeting decided. Similarly, the DCO would depute ACO or other senior officer to remain in the hospital for at least three consecutive days that the list of the victims is obtained in time. The hospital authorities shall ensure that lists of victims are provided to the district administration as early as possible.
