NH&MP to maintain blood group data records

LAHORE - On the directives of Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Fateh Sher Joyia National Highways and Motorway Police (NH&MP) N-5 Central, in collaboration with the Punjab Red Crescent, on Tuesday initiated a programme to compile the blood group data of all officials. The step is being taken to ensure immediate availability of blood in case of emergencies.
Separately, to review the security situation across Punjab, especially with regard to Ramadan, Regional Police Officers (RPO)’s meeting was held at the Punjab Police Headquarters on Tuesday. The meeting was chaired by Inspector General of Police (IGP) Javed Iqbal.
