KESC bills available on its website
KARACHI - The customers of the Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) can now download their electricity bills from the power utility’s website, announced the company’s spokesman on Saturday. He maintained that this is in line with its strategy to provide maximum customer convenience and that the customers can download their electricity bills from KESC’s website whenever they find it convenient. This service would greatly help those customers who have faced delayed billing problems in the past, the spokesman added. He said that from now onwards, consumers, who could not receive their electricity bills on time for any reason, can download their duplicate bills from the KESC website www.kesc.com.pk, where they can go to online billing option and find their current bill, which can easily be printed. In can of any difficulty, they can also use the direct link ‘http://www.staging.kesc.com.pk/OnlineDuplicateBill.aspx’. For any further information or assistance on this service, consumers can call 118. All banks have been advised to receive bill payments on the duplicate bill just as they do normally. The spokesman further pointed out that the KESC has developed this important system to provide the customers with yet another facility.

its true! this websites is not affective it was showing only residential bills not industry bills
aik dum bakwas website he. As ineffective as kesc. They are asking for account number every new bill has separate account number. If i already have new bill why would i will go to their website, If i need a copy i will simply go to photocopy shop. They should have introduced a method from which consumers would be able to generate bill which havn't been delivered to them. FUCK YOU KESC.

And how about the Court and other legal matters???? A lot of consumers have filed cases against illegal and/or wrong and / or excess bills and stay orders have been issued in favour of those consumers and KESC is required to issue correct bills to those consumers in compliance of court orders. Where those consumers will get corrected theri wrong bills ????? These mother-fuc.kers KESC have no regard to the Court orders then why they approach the Courts of law against NEPRA and KESC labour unions when the KESC people mother.fuk.ckers dont compy with the court orders in favour of consumers ???????

current bill does not show on website, this is only fraud as KESC do since last 65 years
This is good for the customers but the file does not open the bills it should be in word or any other document which can be opened easily
this is not helpful website. because i am a residential user. i have not received bill last 4 month. i try to get duplicate bill . but the site is not respons. just like not listen the people who is sitting the help centre. (

Today the 17th October, 2011,kesc bill for the month of october 2011 is not available although the last date for payment is 25th october, 2011.

I tried toabove mentioned address to access electricity bill it is not responding it means they gave us fake address.
My house was locked over a years , I was surprise when i visited my house after long time and see the number of electric bills , there is no electric connection & no electric meter then how it's possible.Kindly advise me in this regard.

we are worry your billing depratmemt. they every time send us wrong billing. units wrong showing. plz takecare poor people of karaci gulshan iqbal block 11
KESC is putting their responsibility of providing a copy of your bill on your doorstep, and putting the responsibly on customers' shoulder.. now customer will be responsible for keeping track of his usage, getting the bill and submitting the amount..
100% consumer crime.. they expect customers to get the bill themselves by having a computer + printer + internet (more than Rs. 20000-30000 setup) and in end pay KESC for something that is the responsibility of KESC in the first place..
The option is good but they cannot say (which they are) that if we didnt give u the bill you should get it online..
I feel sorry for all the educated and literate people in the team of KESC working for eventually what will become a cause facilitating the demise of this nation.

I dont know what is going on in your billing department, my bill is getting highier & highier every month by difference of 800 ruppees a month, please fix this problem & be responsible, allah is watching u and all.
