Laws governing army's involvement in civilian matters are made and passed by politicians. Corruption hinders national progress. This democratic govt. is more corrupt than any govt. ever in Pakistan. So called "public reps" do not represent the public. Their loyalties are with the party leader.

Civil, military leaderships on same page over NATO supplies

Everybody knows whose page is this? It is rather civilian leadership who is on military's page. Uncle Sam's military commanders come, negotiate with top brass, they decide; and with stick in hands order the civilian leadership to do whatever has been decided with their US counterparts.
