NAB performance
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) is performing extraordinarily these days although the organization itself had to deal with internal corruption recently.
However, good performance deserves appreciation. In a recent case, NAB detected an investment fraud of Rs 2.28 billion in which a number of people were named that also included a serving army major and a police officer. These efforts by NAB point towards sincere efforts that can help in retrieving the lost money of more than 215 people who invested in this scam. Basically this is the beauty of democracy which might be slow in acting but gradually regulates itself and things start getting better.
I hope that with an independent judiciary and media, all the public departments would start working for the betterment of people and not just to fulfil their own greed.
